With our years of experience and excellent reputation in the industry, there is no shortage of sales leads and many referrals from previous clients! Outbound calling is required, but always off of hot “need” based lists, no phone book leads, etc. Plus there are many existing clients to call on. No high pressure sales tactics allowed! Our prospects either need a DJ or they don’t.
You will be working primarily on outside special project sales, requiring your own vehicle and travel within an hour or so of Duluth.
Ideal candidates will have:
– Prefer a degree Marketing or Sales
– Prefer 2 or more years of marketing and/or sales experience with excellent references.
– Excellent computer and contact management skills using Microsoft Windows and Office programs.
– Great communication skills on the phone, in writing and in person. Has the ability to establish rapport quickly and build relationships easily.
– Strong pluses, but not required:
- Previous DJ/entertainment or performance experience
- Previous wedding and or party planning experience

1 full time position available:
Generally 40 hours per week including: Networking, bridal shows, and additional hours/weekend and evening appointments as needed.
Wages: Guaranteed base plus commission and bonuses, $25,000 – $35,000 per year or more total.
