"I was disappointed with the service I received from Kenzie. There were many things that contributed to this rating. I live in Ohio and was trying to set everything up from long distance. I thought we would meet in person when I arrived a week prior to the wedding but Kenzie said she usually does it over the phone. So I talked to her for about 10 minutes one day and we went over things. We had several texts with follow up questions. She then asked if she could set up on Friday at 1 p.m. and I told her yes because we would be there setting up. I never heard back from her and she didn't show up so I contacted her. She said she was at another job and wouldn't set up until the day of the wedding. Then I get a text at 1:30 a.m. asking questions about things I had already told her about. I didn't think that was very professional. As far as her performance, she wasn't very interactive at all. We could have used a laptop and speakers for what we got. I don't think she was organized and I was not happy with the value of service I received for what I paid for. ARI, the photo booth attendant, was on point with all aspects and did meet me when she said she was going to. She was interactive and very professional. I am sorry but I couldn't recommend your company for DJ services to my friends or family."
