"Marc did a very good job and we had a fantastic day. I do want to give some feedback because we had met with Marc beforehand over the phone and he assured us he had everything under control. Marc was supposed to start a pre ceremony playlist at 4:05 and we confirmed this via email and over the phone. Marc did not play the playlist as far as we know and said he would start it at 5 pm when the ceremony was supposed to begin. He then almost played the wrong processional music and required a family member to provide him the right song. We had confirmed this ahead of time. This did not give us a lot of confidence going into the day and added stress. Marc also did not play the bride and groom entrance music into the dinner. This exacerbated our stress even further that all the wrong music would be played. That did not happen thankfully once we got to the dances and the rest of the day was great. Why we gave marc 5 stars is because we had asked if Marc should come to the rehearsal and the company said no, not Marc. I think the company should have recommended this so Marc would be able to rehearse with everyone else. Overall, we had a great day but we put a lot of work into our music and some key areas were missed. Again, we think it would be good to recommend or insist that your DJs come to the rehearsals. I also don’t think this should come at a additional charge especially if it’s a couple hours before the ceremony. For them to be able to do their best the DJs should probably be available sooner during the day to make sure they have all the major parts down."
