On July 6, 2013, Tara and Bob said “I do” surrounded by their closest family and friends at the serene Camp Miller in Sturgeon Lake, MN. The outdoor charm of the venue, paired with the heartfelt moments and lively celebration, made their day truly unforgettable.
A Day of Love and Laughter
The festivities began with an intimate wedding ceremony at 3:30 PM, followed by a receiving line and group photographs. Guests enjoyed a cocktail hour as the wedding party prepared for their grand entrance.
Dinner kicked off the reception in style, with Pro Sound & Light Show providing seamless background music and coordinating the timeline. From speeches to cake cutting, every moment was executed flawlessly.
Special Dances to Cherish
Tara and Bob shared their first dance to “My Best Friend” by Tim McGraw, a touching moment that set the tone for the evening. The father-daughter and mother-son dances were combined, accompanied by “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” by Israel Kamakawiwo’ole, and guests were invited to join the couple on the dance floor after the first minute.
The celebration continued with dancing, laughter, and plenty of joy, culminating in the couple’s last dance to “Celebration” by Kool & The Gang.
A DJ to Remember
Aaron Abramson, their Diamond Wedding DJ, kept the dance floor packed all night long. Guests raved about Aaron’s professionalism and ability to manage unexpected challenges with grace, making him an invaluable part of the day.
