"Brian was fine, the lights were fine, the sound system also was fine. The organization was not, the music was not our favorite. In fact, the music was nothing we had requested. We filled out the list, after we had paid in full, Brian had a conversation on the phone with Abigail about the music THE DAY BEFORE and nothing we requested was played. We had to ask Brian to skip songs, or play certain songs we had been waiting for.
I don’t know if this is an office issue. If the playlists were mixed up, if Brian was sent the wrong files, or if you guys phoned in our wedding day. Not good."
